How to buy

Buying goods in our online store is very simple and takes just a few steps.

1. Placing an order

After choosing a product, click the Add to cart button and the product will be added to your cart.

When you have finished choosing products, click the Your cart button.

The Your cart page lists all the products you have selected.

In the Quantity field you can change the quantity of each product. After changing the quantity, click Recalculate to update the order total.

In the Actions column you can either remove a product from the cart or save it for later in your wish list.

You can also enter a discount code in the corresponding field.

2. Checkout and order confirmation

After entering the required delivery information (recipient's full name, delivery address, contact details, delivery option, payment method, etc.), click Place order.

A copy of the order will be sent to the e-mail address you specified at checkout.

Please note: an incorrect phone number or an inaccurate or incomplete address may cause additional delays. Please check your personal details carefully when registering and placing an order.

Shortly after the purchase (usually within an hour), our manager will contact you using the details provided at checkout. You can agree on the exact time and date of delivery with the manager and clarify any details.

Note: regular customers can register on the store's website. In your personal account you can view your cart and order history, repeat or cancel an order, and subscribe to the store's newsletter.

3. Payment and prices

Please note: only one payment method of your choice is possible for each order. An order cannot be paid in parts using different methods.

Available payment methods:

• Bank transfer.
  Payment is made before handover of the order on delivery or at self-pickup. 
• Remote payment by bank card via the Platron payment system.
