Häfele Free Slim — ready to use straight out of the box

With Free Slim, Häfele is rethinking the design of flap fittings. The extremely slim product design offers unprecedented creative freedom in furniture design. At the heart of the new Free mechanism is a completely redesigned energy storage principle — a horseshoe-shaped U-spring. This allows a narrow installation width of just 8 mm, providing maximum flexibility.

Thanks to identical designs for the right and left sides, the manufacturer has two main installation options:

• Classic installation with screws on the inside of the side panel — an extremely slim option
• Flush installation with the outside of the side panel — practically invisible fixing technology
